• All stages of high-end fitness clothing manufacturing, starting from design to wholesale manufacturing.

  1-Analysis of fitness clothing designs. 2-Deciding on the fabric to be used in fitness clothing. Making the most suitable selection from unlimited fabric types such as Cotton, Polyester, Polyamide, Viscose, Bamboo. 3-Deciding on the brand logo printing system to be used on the fitness clothing. Deciding on the most suitable one among unlimited printing techniques such as screen printing, transfer, sublimation and silicone printing. 4- After making the necessary improvements in the design, deciding on the accessories to be used and deciding on the printing system, the first prototype outfit is manufactured and sent to the customer's address. 5 - Making revisions, if necessary, after the first prototype suit produced. 6- After all revisions are made in the design, producing the updated final sample suit before wholesale manufacturing. 7- Starting wholesale manufacturing after all checks are made and the final decision is made. 8- Sending the wholesale production of fitness clothes to the address of the customer anywhere in the world.
• What fabrics do you use in sportswear?

  Firstly, after analyzing the sportswear design, we decide which fabric type and weight will be used. For example, it could be a 4-way stretch technical polyester or polyamide fabric for high-quality leggings. Or for a perfect golf shirt, it can be a technical polyester fabric such as Dry-touch, Micro-Polyester. 1- Compact 100% Cotton fabric (weight range of 140-650 Gsm) 2- Cotton/Polyester blend fabrics (For example, 50% Cotton and 50% Polyester fabric blend. 3- High-end Polyester fabric. High quality technical polyester fabric with 2 or 4-way stretch. (in the weight range of 160-600 Gsm) 4- High-endl Polyamide fabric. High quality technical polyester fabric with 2 or 4-way stretch. (in the weight range of 160-600 Gsm) 5- Real Bamboo fabric 6- Viscose fabric 7- Modal fabric 8- Repreve fabric (recycled fabric from plastic pet bottles) 9- Tencel fabric and all fabric types.
• Do you provide support for startups, small businesses and mid-sized sportswear brands?

  About Conbello Textile, startup brands and small business supports: It is almost impossible for startups and small businesses to obtain high-end sportswear due to low order quantities. Another reason for this is lack of technical knowledge. Conbello Tekstil applies two different production protocols for Global, medium-sized brands and Start-Up brands. We know that it is not possible for our startup and small-scale customers to place a minimum order of 10,000 units, which is our standard order acceptance quantity for each design. Therefore we can accept low order quantities. Our goal is to help start-up and small-scale brands buy and grow the same high-quality product as a global brand. Conbello Tekstil will always be by your side with in-depth technical consultancy and all matters so that your brand can achieve a successful start and sustainable growth. Although our minimum order quantity depends on the complexity of your designs, we will try to assist you as much as possible when you specify your average order quantity. Additionally, when your production request is approved by Conbello Textile, you will have the opportunity to directly benefit from the technical support and all other opportunities we offer to global brands.
• How can you send us your sportswear designs?

  1) It is sufficient to send the tech pack files of your designs in pdf format by e-mail. Don't worry about whether your tech pack file is professional or not. It is very natural for there to be many errors in tech pack files created without deep technical experience. For example, choosing the fabric suitable for the design and the printing technologies that can be used on this fabric is a vital technical issue. The brand logo design will also be checked by our expert team for its suitability for the printing system to be applied. You do not need to send fabric cutting patterns of your clothing design. Our modelers will create cutting patterns professionally free of charge. Your professional tech pack file will be created free of charge by Conbello Textile during the prototype manufacturing phase of your clothes. 2) Another way to send us the designs of your clothes is to send us the URL link of the products and/or photos taken from different angles. Please note that whichever of the above methods you choose to manufacture your designs, you must send the following information along with it. A) Average order quantity of each design. B) Information about the type of fabric, fabric color, brand logo and other printing patterns to be used on the clothes. C) Your country, name, surname, company website, reachable mobile phone number, corporate e-mail address so that we can verify that you are a customer and your request can be taken into consideration. (not general email addresses such as gmail, yahoo or hotmail). Alternatively, if you use email accounts such as gmail, yahoo or hotmail on your company's website, simply post a link to your website's contact page. In addition, please do not forget to specify all the issues on which you would like technical advice. Even if you do not want any technical advice, we will offer you the suggestions we deem necessary after the analysis of our technical design team.
• Which clothing groups do you specially manufacture?

  We manufacture all clothes, from the simplest to the most complex designs, from sports/fitness clothing to softshell coats, from vegan leather clothing to military technical clothing, in high quality and fully integrated from end to end. When you work with Conbello Textile, you can be assured that our job is not only to produce fully integrated clothing products from A to Z, but also to put our deep technical experience to work for you. • I have a Tech pack file for my activewear brand, but I'm not sure of its accuracy.

  There may be any errors, ambiguities or technical issues that you are not sure about in the information you prepare your Tech Pack file. Don't worry about these matters. It will be checked by our highly experienced modelers and if necessary, it will be corrected and notified to you. Please note that thanks to Conbello Textile's highly experienced modelers, you do not need to create a tech pack file to manufacture a garment design starting from scratch. Just send us the relevant website link of any design you want.
• Can you give information about your sample product ( Prototype ) service ?

  Before you hit the button for wholesale manufacturing, we manufacture a complete copy of all your designs and send them to your address via FedEX Cargo. When you examine this prototype sample product, you can give approval to start wholesale production. Or you may want to make some changes to the sample product. The changes you want to make are updated again and prepared for wholesale production. Updated changes are sent to you visually (digitally) and your final approval is requested. When you give your approval, wholesale production will begin. Additionally, for wholesale production of 400 units or more, the latest updated final product design is produced and sent back to your address free of charge and your final approval is received. (For this application, you must complete the payment specified in your proforma invoice through the bank channel.)
