What is the confusion of concepts about Poor Quality and High Quality polo shirts. ?

In fact, we would like to give a brief information about the conceptual differences that are very confused. Polo shirts are basically divided into two main categories.

1) Cheap polo shirt: Promotional type polo shirt with cheap and poor quality fabric, fast and serial standard sewing work and simply applied marla logo embroidery.

Cotton fabric or polyester fabric can be used in the manufacture of this type of polo shirt (T-shirt). However, since both fabric types used in manufacturing are completely cheap and based on mass production, the lowest quality fabric types are preferred. Such as regenerated type in cotton fabrics or promotional type cheap fabric in polyester fabrics. Sewing work, on the other hand, is irregular and faulty in accordance with promotional (disposable) product manufacturing. The customer has to accept these errors because the price of the product is cheap. Meticulous craftsmanship, quality fabric and quality embroidery cannot be expected for a cheap polo shirt. This type of polo shirt, which is cheap and therefore of poor quality, is for several uses. During the production, the general mold posture is not taken into consideration.

The fabrics used in the production of cheap and poor quality polo shirts shrink after a few washes. After washing, the colors will fade and become pale. Embroidery or print applied will separate on the fabric surface in a very short time, or the embroidery may be scattered or the embroidery thread color will fade. Another very important technical issue that is overlooked is that in cheap fabrics, the fabric weight is not constant. As a result, for example, the fabric weight of some polo shirts will be 240 Gsm, while others will be 180 Gsm. You may think what difference it makes if the fabric weight differs in some shirts. It's quite a long topic, but let's just give an example. The brand logo embroidery to be applied on the polo shirt is based on the weight of the fabric. The thread thickness and the number of needle strokes (stitches) per centimeter are determined accordingly.
