1 ) First of all, we will ask you to send us your designs in the form of Technical Package or product photos via e-mail.. Alternatively, you may also provide a physical sample. We rely on documentation at all stages of production, from design to sample preparation and mass production, in order to eliminate the possibility of errors. Another method of transmitting information about your design is to send us the url link of the product you want.

2 )  Your T-shirt or sportswear design will be meticulously reviewed by our technical design team. Any technical errors will be corrected after the review is complete. The next step is to send you a visual digital version of your T-shirt design with all relevant details such as fabric type and weight, brand logo or patterns to be applied, and overall body measurements.

3 ) In the event that any corrections or changes are required, we will promptly update the design and send it to you for your approval.

4 ) Once a final decision regarding the sample product is reached, we will complete the sample and send it to your address. At this point, we will also send you the Proforma Invoice Agreement, which will contain all the pertinent information regarding the sample. Upon your confirmation, payment can be made. Once payment is approved by our bank, we will commence the sample preparation process without delay.

5 ) The prices for samples of T-shirts, sportswear, or outdoor wear are calculated based on product specifications. There are numerous variables to consider such as the complexity of the design, the type and weight of fabric to be used, the accessories, and the brand logo printing technology. When you place a wholesale order in the future, some or all of this fee may be deducted from the total amount, depending on the size of your wholesale order.

6 ) Upon receipt of the physical sample of the T-shirt, you may either approve the wholesale production or request any revisions you deem necessary. If you choose the latter, an updated digital design for the T-shirt (or any other apparel item) will be sent to you. Following this, we will issue and send you a proforma invoice for wholesale production. Once a final decision regarding the product is made, we will commence the wholesale production process.
